Main Objective:

Product and campaign strategy defining, coordinating internally and with key functions (Central team, Marketing, Media, CRM and PR) and other related functions in order to achieve sales target in Tmall, Official Website & Wechat Mini-Program. Including product marketing, campaign planning, and sales output for each campaign for Tmall, Official Website & Wechat Mini-Program. Estimate sales figures for each campaign and new product launch. Build connection with external (Tmall & Tencent) for campaign planning and big IP execution.

Main Responsibility:

？ Responsible for all product strategy and campaign planning for Tmall, Official Website & Wechat Mini-Program.

？ Responsible for campaign planning, including D11, 618, Super Brand Day, Heybox and brand key product launches.

？ Propose new campaign ideas to maximize product and category growth potential.

？ Ensure the support to key product activities from central and local teams, TP and external.

？ Work with MKT team and creative agency for campaign briefing and assets production

？ Monitor competitor new campaigns and activities.

？ Cross function coordination and communication

Profiles We are looking for:

？ Bachler degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or related majors

？ 5+ year experience in E-commerce with Tmall experience

？ Familiar with Digital MKT, Performance MKT, CRM

？ Creative, innovative, visionary and sharp mindset

？ Good communication skills in Chinese and English
