Requirements:

1.Degree or higher in Industrial / Product Design or relevant disciplines

2.Minimum 8 years’ solid and relevant working experience in industrial design and product/project management is a must

3.Strong skill in SolidWorks, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and Keyshot rendering skill.

4.Familiar with product usability, customer experience and ergonomic design

5.General understanding of plastics and metal products fabrication process

6.Solid knowledge in design trends and innovative design materials

7.Design of E-Cig and consumer electronic products

8.Proficient in graphical and interface design will be an advantage

9.Fast pace, practical and execution-oriented

10.Able to work under pressure and deal with challenging situation with strong problem-solving skill

11.Detail-minded with strong aesthetic sense

12.Strong communication and presentation skills, (English required, Cantonese and Putonghua desired.)

13.Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment. 

Responsibilities:

1.Lead a small team to develop and manage various product style portfolio for maximizing productivity and quality

2.Take key initiatives and oversee ergonomic design process from sketching, concept generation, 3D modelling and rendering

3.Manage the planning, budgeting/cost control, monitoring, assessment and documentation on design projects to ensure smooth and effective execution of the plan

4.Enhance the design quality of all projects through design auditing, innovation and quality assurance system

5.Deploy and maintain product usability

6.Work directly with engineering teams for all technical and tooling solution as well as project alignment

7.Identify and develop cost reduction opportunities in end to end supply chain

8.Report to GM for daily operations and resources control
