职位描述
The role is to support project team to implement the Smart Benefits portal by phases and provide analysis and technical assistance for business.
Responsibility
Technical activities:
Define and develops business requirements and functional specifications for new and renewal clients
Supporting the documentation of SOW
Assist system configuration to both current businesses
Identifying the improvement in solution to meet dynamic business requirement
Process activities:
Analyze Smart Benefits enrolment and member activity data
Define all operation procedure in collaboration with clients, internal parties and 3rd party vendors for on-line and off-line transaction
Document using established standards and templates
Follows change request for enhancements
Project management:
Adheres to project or documentation standards defined by project management
Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages delivery timeline effectively
Proactively keep the team aware of progress of assigned projects and tasks
Operation activities
Responsible for providing day-to-day benefits administration services to clients and ensure the quality and SLA
Work independently to handle routine activities including but not limited to: benefit system updating, generate reporting, claim eligibility assessment /adjudication, prepare payment and handle customer/client HR/internal colleague’s requests, etc.
Requirements:
· Degree in business and computer science or equivalent training and work experience
· 2+ years of experience in Requirement gathering and documenting
· 2+ years of experience in User acceptance testing activities, Integration testing and Test case development
· Insurance, Broking, Benefits Administration and/or Operations background will be beneficial
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
· Attention to detail & meticulous
· Application rollout experience
· Experience and knowledge working with IT development team for client-facing on-line platform
· Experience with business intelligence, analytics and reporting tools will be beneficial
