本岗位要求有供应链项目管理经验，能使用英语作为工作语言，日常能做到英语流利沟通。

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the implementation of new APAC supply chain projects designed to optimize service and reduce costs

2. Provide analytical and projects related support to the Customer’s US-based supply chain team to provide coverage that meets or exceeds expectations regarding the timeliness and accuracy of Asia store deliveries

3. Coordinate with Asian DC's to ensure seamless transition between DC Operations and transportation providers. Provide feedback and oversight to Asian DC management (as needed) to ensure that operation procedures are appropriate to meet supply chain objectives

4. Communicate with various Customer teams, including but not limited to DC Operations, Store Operations, International Transportation team, and Loss Prevention, to identify and prioritize any issues or challenges to ensure projects go successful

5. Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with logistics requirements and resolve issues with 3PL service providers

6. Assist Customer’s transportation and stores organizations to resolve shipment to end customer claims and work directly with local carriers to ensure prompt settlement

7. Provide guidance and support as needed regarding APAC regulatory issues to various teams including but not limited to Compliance, Quality Assurance and Personal Care

Qualifications

1. 3+ years’ experience of managing supply chain projects as the lead, driving results with multiple business partners, achieving project timelines, especially regional DC, retail supply chain related

2. General knowledge of transportation services and options and experience managing 3PL service providers preferred

3. Strong communication skills, both oral and written (English, Cantonese and Mandarin).

4. Highly motivated and results-oriented

5. Ability to work Independently and build consensus among several different departments within a Supply Chain organization

7. Distribution process experience for retail fulfillment In a WMS environment

8. Exceptional time management and organizational skills

9. Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

10. Literate in basic Supply Chain software applications

11. Travel up to 5 %

12. 5-7+ years in related field or industry

13. Bonded warehouse management experience will be a plus
