岗位职责：

1.协助上司处理文职与文案工作，并做好与各部门的联络工作；

2.组织与筹备各项会议的日程安排、文件准备等前期工作，并做好会议记录；

3.负责上司的对外联络工作、做好客户来访记录及礼仪招待等；

4.负责收集各部门递交上司的周报、月报等相关报表；

5.负责上司各类单据的保管、整理、审批和发放等；

6.维护上司办公区域的办公环境。

任职要求：

1.大专以上学历，英语四级；

2.熟练使用办公软件，如：Excel、Word、钉钉等工具；

3.有较强的分析与问题解决能力，思路清晰，考虑问题细致与周全；

4.年轻活泼，做事客观，严谨负责，踏实，敬业；
