DESCRIPTION

Typical Duties Include:

• Accurately and
  timely receives and tracks vendor invoices in payables system
• Tracks vendor
  payments through the payment approval process
• Maintains vendor
  contact information
• Processes
  employee expenses
• Reconciles
  monthly corporate credit card charges
• Prioritizes work
  to meet continuous deadlines.
• Accurately and
  timely creates client invoices and subsequent tracking through the
  approval process
• Timely monitors
  and processes client payments in PeopleSoft Financials
• Runs weekly
  aging report.
• Monitors initial
  follow-up for overdue client payments
• Maintains
  organized files of documents and data related to all client and vendor
  invoices.
• Receives and
  answers inquiries from vendors, clients or other business departments in
  regard to invoice status
• Manages yearly
  1099 process.
• Performs other
  duties as requested.

Qualifications

• High school
  diploma required. Associates degree or office work experience preferred.
• Must work well
  independently and with little oversight.
• Must coordinate
  daily tasks to serve internal clients in different time zones around the
  world
• Fast learner
• Proficient in
  Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention
  to detail.
• Highly
  organized.
• Must be able to
  investigate, explain and follow up inquiries.
• Excellent
  English skills both in reading, writing, listening and speaking
• Must be able to
  communicate effectively (verbal and written skills)
• PeopleSoft
  Financials experience is a plus.
