Job Summary (Purpose of the job)

Executes to collect, analysis and edit the healthcare industry information home and abroad timely, communication strategies by creating materials directed to internal and external audiences.

Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)

Prepares plans that detail the tactics to be employed in the healthcare industry news, developments, and propositions to each relevant audience. 

Interviews various sources inside and outside of the healthcare industry to gather raw information. 

Edits and writes analysis article, coordinates the all kinds information of the healthcare industry from review, collection and approval, and oversees production of materials for internal and external audiences that carry out the change management, communication, marketing, or PR plans.

Serves as an expert in the healthcare industry information analysis Specialist, able to offer training and advices to the team member as well as to prepare support material for others. 

As the subject matter and media allow, translates key themes and messages into creative concepts. 

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

Bachelor’s degree and above in healthcare or related fields, or Business; a minimum of working experience in healthcare industry.

CET6 or TEM8.

Familiarity with IT and internet technologies for various media, including:  print, video, the Intranet, and other electronic media. 

Continually deepening understanding of the Company—its products, industry, issues, customers, employees, culture, etc.

Strong writing, editing and interviewing skills.

Ability to express thoughts in writing and orally.
