Duties and Responsibilities：

1. Oversee, lead, direct and manage the fiscal and overall operations globally to ensure that growth and profitability goals and objectives are met

2. Plan and implement appropriate resources globally (staffing, training, equipment, and systems) to ensure contractual compliance and delivery of quality services that meet and exceed the customer’s expectations.

3. Leading the management of expectations for executives and leaders, facilitates communication on business requirements and establishes critical performance metrics

4. Provide the Air region/country operation’s team with daily guidance, leadership and overall support on any issues relating to operations, communication, revenue enhancement, human resources, procedures standardization, systems applications, and process execution.

5. Work directly with the region and GHO Air management team to establish regional and local goals within the parameters of the region operation’s business plan.

6. Work collaboratively with BPE, customer service, regional operations, Digital and IT corporate administration to ensure efficient operations

7. Develop continuous improvement methodology in key areas of service profit and growth

8. Develop customer relationships and ensure that customer service and operational levels within the region operations are maintained

9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, ISO standards and all applicable regulatory laws and guidelines and monitor and improve Operation KPI from Global, Regional teams

10. Oversee and manage the professional development and productivity of direct reports to ensure proper goals, training, professional development and project requirements are met

11. Keep abreast of emerging technology changes and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations

Qualification:

1. Degree in logistics or equivalent

2. A minimum of 10+ years of experience of general management; a minimum of 6+ years of experience in a top management position with full P&L responsibility for Air freight experience is highly desirable.

3. Experience of working across multiple geographies.

4. Proactive, take-charge leader driven to achieve; believes every business is a growth business. Results-oriented. Professionally demanding with a track record of meeting and exceeding performance.

5. A strong and entrepreneurial spirit in Air freight

6. In-depth knowledge of the international logistics industry.

7. Deep expertise in developing integrated supply chain & logistics solutions relevant in.

8. Process driven and always seeking for continuous improvement
