工作职责Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the accuracy of the business unit financial reporting and liaising with the SSC, review and improve Chart of Account
2. 部门财务报告的准确性，并负责与SSC协调沟通，审核并完善账目清单
3. Analyze and report business unit results (where possible using standardized formats). Communicate both locally and at BU level
4. 地业务部及所属业务单元保持顺畅沟通，使用规范化的版本表格为其提供分析和报告
5. Own the business unit forecasting and planning process
6. 业务部单元的预测及计划流程
7. Look for operational efficiencies and cost savings in the business units, measured through operational KPIs
8. 运营KPI数据分析业务部门的运营效率和成本节约情况
9. Produce and analyze local financial reports and KPIs and monitor company performance against plans/forecasts. Report back explanations for major deviations.
10. 和分析地方财务报告和关键绩效指标，并根据计划/预测监测公司绩效。 对重大偏差进行解释汇报。
11. Review level of working capital to ensure it is kept at optimum levels in order to maximize cash flow

13. Proactively support and challenge the business in order to drive the business forward and reach the financial objectives set.

15. Identify the process problems and make improvement to the process.

任职要求Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related major
2. 、会计或相关专业学士学位
3. Accounting qualification, auditor background is preferred. Accounting Certificate and Medium-grade Professional Title. CPA and other professional certificate is a plus
4. 资格和审计事务所背景优先，会计从业资格证及中级职称。注册会计师及其他同等专业证书优先
5. Experience in preparing and presenting financial and management reporting deliverables
6. 备和提交财务和管理报告的经验
7. Experience in maintaining and monitoring financial controls
8. 护和监督财务管理的经验
9. Highly motivated and self-driven.  Able to work independently within tight timeline.
