Key Responsibilities:

    

1. Understand the importance of continuous improvement, promote, train, and establish a company culture of continuous improvement in the company levels.

    

2. Identify the existed problems in the process, function and business flow and make improvement plan.

    

3. Organize regular meeting with cross function team for continuous improvement, review the implementation of the quality problem of the responsibility of the department/person in charge, to assist the implementation of the cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.

    

4. Coordinate and lead with cross function to identify and collect continuous improvement opportunity, to form a cross functional "improvement group" to improve the implementation of the project.

    

5. Train lean six sigma management, quality management and CI the training, promote the construction of the continuous improvement culture.

    

6. Complete other and temporary work assigned by supervisor.

    

    

Qualifications:

        

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering/electrical/automatic control/mechanical.

    

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing factory, 3 years of experience for continuous improvement role.

    

3. Lean 6 sigma green belt or black belt certificate in well-known company is preferred.

    

4. Successful experience of continuous improvement project management in relevant company and knowledge of 6 sigma, and lean manufacturing.

    

5. Can work under pressure and good command of English communication skill required.

    

6. Semiconductor manufacturing industry is preferred.
