Graphic Designer – Junior 初级平面设计师

About this role 关于这个角色:

The responsibilities of a Junior Graphic Designer include creating designs according to specifications, reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, and improving design tasks. 初级平面设计师的职责包括根据规范创建设计，向高级平面设计师报告，并改进设计任务。

Duties 职责:

• Prepare shoes rendering based on info supplied by R&D. If capable, create colour combinations on existing shoe silhouettes   根据研发部提供的信息，准备鞋子的立体展示图。如有能力，可在现有鞋型上进行配色。
• Graphic/print layout to be used worldwide, following Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director instructions (brochures, flyers, cards, catalogues). If capable, propose layout for approval.  根据高级平面设计师和创意总监的指示，在全球范围内使用平面/印刷布局（小册子、传单、卡片、目录）。如果有能力，提出版面设计方案供批准。
• Translate a new product’s product-features (provided by R&D) in an understandable graphic format, so the Marketing Dept. can do the copywriting, photo shooting, editorials, and banner with the right focus and information  将新产品的产品特性（由研发部提供）以通俗易懂的图文形式翻译出来，让市场部可以有针对性地进行文案、图片拍摄、编辑广告、横额广告等工作。
• Assist the VM to prepare the Retail Guidelines Book, Marketing Calendar or any other info useful to Retailers and Distributors  协助视觉采购员准备零售指南手册、营销日历或其他对零售商和分销商有用的信息。
• Retouch the product-shoots and keep it filed in the cloud  修饰产品拍摄，并将其保存在云端。
• Assist the Senior Graphic Designer (in JJ) to prepare the packing instruction (boxes, tags, labelling, stickers) to factories for production, and keep well filed on the cloud.  协助高级平面设计师(在晋江)准备包装指南(包装盒、标签、标签、贴纸) 给工厂生产，并在云端保存好档案。
• Class properly and maintain updated and clean the shared folders of marketing material which are accessible to press, distributors marketing offices all around the world. (this can be done by MKTG Coordinator maybe better)  妥善维护更新和清理共享文件夹中的营销资料，这些资料可供世界各地的媒体、经销商营销办公室使用。 (这个可以由市场部协调员来做或许更好)

Requirements  职位要求

• min 2+yrs experience in Graphic Design or Production  至少2年以上平面设计经验或制作经验
• Advanced knowledge of Macintosh Graphics Programs: InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop.  Macintosh图形程序的高级知识。 InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop。
• Experience in four-color printing process   四色印刷工艺经验
• Excellent graphic design /layout/ typography skills. Strong conceptual skills     优秀的平面设计/布局/排版能力。强大的概念能力
• Proficient verbal and written English   精通英语口语和书面语
• Intermediate Knowledge of 3D software and an experience in industrial design are a plus    具有3D软件的中级知识者或工业设计经验者更佳
