Primary Responsibility 主要职责:

  

1. Responsible for new equipment order and service order processing and management of assigned customers in China, and maintain customer relationship;

  

负责中国区指定客户新品订单及维修订单处理及管理，维护客户关系；

  

2. Responsible to communicate with cross functional departments both in China site and oversea sites to fulfill customers inquiries, such as quotation, order schedule, shipment and reconciliation coordinating, payment tracking.   

  

负责与各个工厂中国工厂和海外工厂及相关部门沟通, 完成报价,货期跟进,出货及对账协调,发票及货款跟进。

  

3. Support Sales team to achieve equipment sales target and service sales targets.

  

协助销售团队完成新品销售及维修销售的业绩目标.

  

    

Requirements 岗位要求：  

  

College graduates or above, minimum 3 years experience in customer service, marketing or sales.

  

大专或以上学历，3年以上客户服务、市场或售后工作经验；

  

Working experience in sales administration, customer service or related is preferred

  

有销售助理，客户服务或相关工作经验者优先；

  

Oracle experience is preferred;

  

有Oracle工作经验者更佳;

  

Good communication and coordination skills.

  

良好的沟通和协调能力；

  

Good command of English listening, oral, reading and writing

  

良好的英语听说读写能力。

  

  

        

        

        

.本科，3年或以上相关售后或客服经验；  

2.熟悉操作电脑，有Oracle经验者更佳；
