本职位对英语有一定的要求。

岗位职责:

1 负责公司视频内容策划和剪辑工作（各种素材包括文字、图片、视频等按照编辑规定进行有效处理）

2 频道的运营和管理：视频上传，做好基础的运营工作，包括视频标题、说明、标签、视频设置、封面等，并做好运营优化。

3 了解或熟悉国内外平台，对海外YouTube，臉書， IG平台频道账号管理。负责和完善平台日常的搭建及运营；

4 能针对不同产品创建有趣的（科学的）内容，记录科学实验以及产品的开发和制造；

5 协调与沟通制作过程中的相关各环节；完成制作全过程，保证成片质量。

岗位要求：

1 大专及以上学历，大多数内容将使用英语;

2 有视频策划经验，在短视频平台发布过相关作品优先；

3 熟悉Facebook、Twitter、Youtube、Pinterest以及社区论坛、博客等；

4 熟悉视频制作流程，能独立完成视频内容策划/拍摄/剪辑，有自媒体视频/短片/栏目策划经验者优先；

5 注意细节，责任心强，具有较强的沟通协调能力。

Main Responsibilities:

1. Shoot videos.

2. Edit Videos.

3. Upload videos to Youtube and Youku and other sites.

4. Interview people.

5. Create interesting (scientific) content.

6. Document scientific experiments and the development and manufacturing of products.

7. Maintain a simple web site.

Qualifications:

1. Good in front of the camera.

2. Good English speaker. Most content will be in English.

3. Attention to detail is a must.
