岗位职责 for 跨境亚马逊（主做北美站，欧洲站）

1、负责亚马逊网站店铺的日常业务运营管理，从事运营流程制订、优化工作；

2、负责公司亚马逊网站店铺的运营能力、盈利能力提升，网站的运营规则制订，网站运营质量监控及网站运营支持；

3、负责公司亚马逊平台产品的上架以及售后等工作

4、根据产品做亚马逊站内的营销活动等

5、及时跟进客户邮件，解答客户的疑问等

6、熟悉相关运营工具，通过各类主流工具总结相关数据，并提出有效改进方案

7、熟悉相关付费推广工具，能够提出合理预算与投放计划

8、定期总结并制定工作计划。

任职资格

1、大专以上学历，市场营销或者电子商务相关专业优先；

2、1年以上相关工作经验；

3、有网站社群相关服务、内容规划及经营相关经验；

4、思维敏捷，富有创新精神，对数据变化敏感，具备良好的分析判断能力。

5、有过亚马逊平台工作经验并且能进行跟单，有独立操作账号能力

6、英语4级及以上的相关读写能力
