工作职责

1、开拓海外海运、空运业务，海运业务为主，定期对货物进行追踪和了解运输情况，将准确信息返馈给客户。

2、收集相关客户信息，建立丰富完善的客户数据库，完成工作指标. 主动了解行业信息和市场动态，熟练动用专业知识和公司资源为客户提供服务。

3、针对公司提供的客户资源，通过邮件，电话，自媒体，论坛，社交软件等平台开发客户或者寻找海外代理资源，开发国内贸易公司，进出口工厂等客户。

4、参与制定业务部门的中长期发展策略与规划，贯彻并执行的下达的政策、制度，对下属员工进行绩效考核工作。

5、跟进和维护客户关系，准确把握客户物流需求，制定物流方案。

职位要求：

1、专业不限，大专以上学历，年龄25~35岁，有客户资源者优先。

2、有国际物流、货代相关行业经验1-3年，有一定的管理能力与销售经验。

3、具备良好英语沟通听说读写能力，熟练使用办公软件。

4、具备良好的职业操守，企业认同度高，有比较强的凝聚力，团队协作能力。

5、该职位接受物流专业；英文专业；国际贸易专业应届毕业生
