As an Associate Analyst Responsible Sourcing, you will be part of the team that is evolving the responsible sourcing oversight function that allows us to be a progressive force for good.

    

You will support the responsible sourcing life cycle program management through managing disclosure, due diligence, timely deactivations and issuance of chargebacks. You will manage reporting through the lifecycle management process and will partner with business integration team. 

    

*  Manage and validate human rights and environmental compliance data as part of the due diligence process to ensure minimum requirements are met and future oversight is triggered

    

*  Research and maintain working knowledge of environmental permits and licenses, and other critical disclosure documents to manage appropriate gate keeping

    

* Implement necessary reviews to enable accurate supply chain disclosure

    

* Develop controls to ensure supply chain disclosures and compliance information is managed and escalated properly

    

* Manage risk through timely facility deactivations

    

* Self-manage workload to ensure timely implementation with level of service guidelines

    

* Educate vendors, factories and cross functional teams on resources and expectations

    

* Develop processes and identify inefficiencies throughout the dynamic life cycle process

    

* Collaborate with business integration team to inform human rights or environmental compliance issues throughout the lifecycle management process

    

* Ensure timely communication of activity to ensure balanced workload and proper resourcing

    

* Partner with 3rd party service providers to understand, implement and uphold local laws and regulations

Basic Requirments:

• 4 year degree or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience, 也接受应届毕业生投递
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, clear communications and scenario building. 
• Strategic and conceptual thinking with the ability to plan, organize and execute.
• Respects, appreciates and is curious about differences related to working with others; committed to fostering an inclusive team
• Ability to work in a global environment

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Ability to speak more than one language (e.g. Mandarin)
