岗位描述：

1、全面落实学生的行为规范和思想品德教育；

2、领导和实施心理健康教育和青春期教育；

3、领导和开展爱国主义教育和公民道德教育；

4、抓牢抓实学生纪律，建立良好的校园秩序；

5、全面负责校园安全，保障师生良好的学习环境；

6、建立良好的家校沟通渠道，树立学校品牌；

7、组织和开展大型学生活动，包括社会实践活动；

8、拓展和管理学生社团，培养学生兴趣特长，丰富校园文化生活；

任职条件：

1、全日制本科及其以上学历；

2、有3年以上K12学校年级主任/政教主任/德育主任/大队辅导员的工作经历；

3、具备基本教育工作者职业道德和素养，服从学校管理安排；

4、英语能力优秀者优先，有留学背景优先；

5、外形阳光，性格稳重，形象良好；

6、语言表达能力强，具有较强的领导能力；有一定的文字功底，能熟练使用现代化办公系统（Word、Excel、PPT等）；
