Responsibility:

-Interfaces with Sales, Field Application Engineering, Product QA Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Factory, and FA site with a focus on customer quality support in great China and Asia area.

-Solving customer quality issues is the primary expectation to fix the problem in the appropriate manner.

-Handle customer claim by promoting failure analysis, root case investigation, preventive action, corrective action, and making 8D report to provide quality improvement solution.

-Provide quick response & support when any major quality problem occurred at customer line.

-Understand and communicate Customers' expectations on continuous quality improvement and achievement of the next level target of quality performance, and provide feedbacks to internal quality improvement.

-Coordinate the internal communication and lead to the quality solution collectively.

-Handle Quality related query and requests like introduction of Renesas QMS & product QA activity, factory audit, change control explanation, reliability inquiry, on-site support for quality solution, and negotiation with customer for quality issue.

-Enhance customer satisfaction through constant improvement in Renesas’s quality, requirements, customer response and support

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 5+ years’ experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years’ experience.

-Customer QA experience for semiconductor devices.

-Strong problem-solving capability to interface customer needs & resources with energetic and proactive approaches

-Knowledge of problem-solving techniques (8D, 5why, FTA, etc) for root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

-Strong understanding of failure analysis methods of semiconductor.

-Knowledge on semiconductor product, technology, and semiconductor process preferred

-Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills, self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills

-Understanding of automotive quality requirements (IATF16949, AEC-Q100, VDA6.3, etc) preferred

-Strong communications skills and open to travel as necessary.

-Very good command of English language and mobility are key elements required for the job
