Responsibilities 

1.     Manage the complete spare part business.   Business incl. spare parts orders and service orders 

2.     Commercial and administrative processing of spare part DSS orders  by SAP 

3.     Assist to Identifies, develops and promotes new spare part contracts 

4.     Establishes and maintains customer relationships in order to promote spare part DSS sales. 

5.     Responds promptly to inquiries and provides spare part DSS proposals. 

6.     Analyzes complex customer needs and problems in order to provide a professional spare part DSS proposal. 

7.     Ensures existing service accounts are maintained by providing timely renewal quotations and tracking payment. 

8.     Works independently and in partnership with department managers, sales, marketing staff and field service engineers to meet strategic sales plan objectives for assigned accounts. 

9.     Ensures the timely processing of spare part DSS orders 

10.   Others work is arranged by leaders

Qualifications 

1.     Bachelor's degree in related major. 

2.     2+ years’ related working experience will be preferred. 

3.     Good communication skill. Written English is good, and good oral is prior. 

4.     SAP knowledge is plus. 

5.     High integrity and strong ethical values.
