Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a global mix of factories that can provide the design, engineering, production, and quality level requires while maintaining and improving strict social compliance standards.

2. Continuously identify and establish new factories and countries to ensure high quality product, diversification of sourcing base and lower costs

3. Identify product development and sourcing opportunities for private label products, create project implementation timelines and drive projects through completion.

4. Develop high-potential and high-performing team members to establish the team as a world class sourcing organization, driving enhanced economic value to the Company.

5. Create innovative initiatives that support overall goals and objectives.

6. Align stakeholders. Effectively communicate and work with cross functional groups spread across multiple departments and locations, up and down the organization.

7. Identify strategic suppliers and build sustainable partnerships. Drive sustainable sourcing initiatives

8. Deliver assortment and product proposals to support merchandising and corporate strategies

9. Manage off-shore vendor relationships

10.Influence the corporate direction to all team members and align them into the right track

11.Lead the team on a daily basis with providing clear direction and coaches

12.Create an emotional climate that bonds the team and builds teamwork

Requirements:

1. Demonstrate knowledge and skills organizing, planning and time management

2. Have excellent problem-solving skills, able to think both logically and creatively

3. With a creative flair and the ability to cope with the pressure of fast-paced work

4. 10+ years of experience in related business area in merchandising, international sourcing and foreign processes Vendor development

5. Buying experience with direct or indirect importing

6. Experience in implementing cost reduction programs

7. Well-developed negotiating skills

8. Stationed at Shenzhen Office, China
