Responsiblities：
Responsible for server R&D testing, participate in testing needs analysis, formulate test plans, and be able to evaluate project technical risk in advance to ensure that projects are completed as planned
Server R&D testing team management, leading the team to complete product test plans and tasks
Design and develop automated test scripts based on product test case requirements
Drive timely and reasonable resolution of product design issues during testing
Summarize the progress of test projects and report regularly to the R&D and company management and leadership team
Continuously optimize and improve testing efficiency and quality

Requirements：
Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronics, communications or related
Familiar with x86 arch Server commodities and functions, PA test process specifications and common test tools, 5-8 years of work experience in R&D testing projects
Familiar with Linux, Windows Server, vSphere, KVM and Hyper-V, and common enterprise application arch., such as HCI, Cloud, HPC, BigData, DeepLearning
Proficiency in writing automated test scripts using Shell or Python
Knowledge and experience in server system performance tuning
English can be used as working language, fluent in listening, speaking and writing
Good communication and coordination skills, team spirit, clear thinking, can affect others, and can work under much pressure
Good document writing ability and strong logic analysis ability
Team management experience is preferred
