Main Objective:

- Achieve monthly sell-out target in area

- Lead and manage team of MUS/BC team in area

- Work closely with Key Account office team (KA Assistant & Assistant KA Manager & KA Manager)

- Work closely with brand education and make-up artist team

Main Responsibility:

- Liaise and communicate well with Key Account office team (KA Assistant & Assistant KA Manager & KA Manager)

- Provide feedback and key insights gained from the team in stores

- Communicate with Sephora store managers for daily operation, stock management and sales tracking

- On-site training Sephora staff (makeup skills, product training and sales skills)

- Merchandising and display management

- Coordinate and support in-store animation

- New store support  

Profiles We are looking for:

- Relative experience in cosmetics industry for more than 2 years

- Good makeup skills (preferred)

- Good communication skills

- Willing to travel

- Enthusiastic, presentable and confident

- Flexible to various environments

- Willing to learn

- Attitude of “can do”/ “make it happen”

- Good sense of teamwork
