Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·         Maintain recruiting channels and post job advertisements; Search potential hiring resource, screening CVs and arrange interview for IDL and conduct interview for DL ,

·         HR system basic data and employee files maintenance make sure the data and relevant recruiting report is accurate and update.

·         Support new employee on boarding preparation ,probation ,labor contract review, termination ,leave management .

·         Provide professional communication support for managers and communication consult input for employees,

·         Support construction activities of corporate culture,

·         Other tasks assigned by HRBP.

Job Specifications:

1 .College’s degree or above in HR Management, Business administration, English or related majors,

2 .At least 2 years of working experience in multiple-national company,

3 .Good computer skills, especially Office applications,

4 .Good read & written English skill, oral English skill is preferred,

5 .Good communication skill ,logical thinking, organized manner and follow up habit,

6 .Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
