Job description

Assist art, music, drama teachers to prepare the classroom, teaching tools and organise various academic activities.

协助美术、音乐、戏剧、体育老师准备课室、教具及组织各项学科活动。

    

Responsibilities

1.     Prepare and arrange the classroom before class

上课前完成对课室的准备和布置

2.     Make detailed record of teaching supplies of the art department and make timely supplementary purchase

详细记录艺术部门教学用品，并作及时补充购置

3.     Maintain all equipment in the art classroom

做好艺术教室内所有设备的维护工作

4.     Keep the art classroom clean and tidy 

保持艺术教室的整洁

5.     Assist the art teachers to make department budget 

协助艺术老师做好部门预算

6.     Assist art teachers in organising off-campus activities for students

协助艺术老师组织学生校外活动

7.     Be patient, meticulous and kind to students

对学生要做到耐心、细致、态度和蔼

8.     Conscientiously complete other tasks assigned by the superior or the head of school

认真完成教学主管或校长安排的其他任务

    

Key competencies

1.     Bachelor’s degree or above in art-related major; Major in clothing design is preferred

艺术类本科以上学位；服装设计优先

2.     Good command of English

能熟练使用英文

3.     Work meticulously and in organised way

工作细致、有条理

4.     Have passion in education industry

热爱教育事业

5.     Proficient in multimedia application and computer office software

熟练应用多媒体及计算机办公软件

6.     Rigorous, careful, patient, friendly, cooperative and communicative

工作严谨、细心、耐心，待人和气，善于合作与沟通
