Job responsibilities;

 1. Be key contact window with customers;

 2. Process mass-production new order internally and release Order Confirmation with timely manner; 

 3. Manage day-to-day activities to check order onging status, shipment arrangement and goods return handling;Resolve urgent deliveries  to support customers;  

 4. Assist Quality department or customers to handle complaint, including goods return and later shipment to make sure customers' use ;

5. Lead to handle customer long-term demand forecast per weekly or monthly  base; Upload forecast into ERP per customer forecast handling policy; Review with PMC or purchase about material and production arrangement; Feedback to customer with supply plan, material preparation plan, and push more POs;

 6. Collect customer payments with timely matter to make sure cash flow 6. Watch closely on monthly sales budget achieve more sales 

 7. Lead pro-active communication with PMC and other functions to drive team to meet customer satisfaction ;

8. Assist Quality department to handle customer complaints, and lead to handle non-quality customer complaint to satisfy customer;

9. Make reports per weekly and monthly base to review PO, sales, customer complaints, customer payments, etc ;

10. Other tasks assigned by CS manager 

 Job requirement 

 1. College degree or above in business administration or related discipline ;

 2. Minimum 3 years' CS or order following up experience in manufacture industry;  

 3. Fluent in written and oral English 3. Proficient with Exel ;

 4. Knowledge of ERP system ;

 5. Good communication skill and strong sense of commitment; 

 6. Customer-oriented, problem-solving,good team work and cooperation ;

7. Prefer to lead to solve problems independently and escalate on time ;

8. Good relation with customers ;

9. Demand forecast handling exprerience is preferred .
