Job Description

• Supervise general accounting functions / Account Payable, Account Receivable, ensuring appropriate timeliness, accuracy, also responsible for consolidated report
• Coordinate with cross functions on ERP implementation
• Manage to make timely business analysis of accounting information the balance sheet accounts, sub-ledger accounts, income statements.
• Provide supervision to proper recording of invoice entries, proper accounting for managed facilities and those assets in our care are properly managed.
• Lead the monthly and year-end closing to assure meeting internal deadlines.
• Oversee the daily accounting operations, manage the month end close and reporting.
• Responsible for annual budget and quarterly forecast.
• Supervise team to do and approve ledger entries.
• Manage the annual audit process.
• Work with Finance director to streamline process between Dongguan, HK & Switzerland.
• Manage monthly / quarterly / annual tax filing to Tax department (Only Dongguan sites)

Skills & Education

• University Degree in Accounting or equivalent, certification in Accounting is preferred
• 8 years relevant accounting experience with 2 year in managerial role (MNC is preferred)
• Proficient in Excel, ERP system
• Experienced in managing full-set accounting book
• Language skill in English and Cantonese
• Familiar in handling work process of taxes, customs, foreign currencies etc.
• Familiar with latest accounting regulations and policies.
