? Business partner to the Project Managers for projects in Asia. The Project Managers are in the Research and Development organization.

? Understand Return On Investment KPIs such as Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, and Payback.

? Prepare and present the financial evaluation for NPD projects including returns, risks, and sensitivities to those risks.

? Perform post evaluation on projects along with the Product Development Team to determine and document key learnings and takeaways

? Review the accuracy of the Project Expenditure Authorization Request (PEAR) for capital investments and ensure the requested amount is within the business case.

? Monitor business case assumptions and propose improvement measures in an effort to ensure the financial analysis is the most real depiction of the project as well as most beneficial to the organization.

? Upload and/or report final Gate financials accurately for portfolio management and decision making purposes by Global Product Council.

? Contribute to our culture of being collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, efficient, high-achieving, and become a change agent.

? Support capital expenditure, manufacturing costing, and SG&A planning processes for NPDs as well as internal financial control processes. Other ad-hoc, projects, or assignments requested by Sr. Manager.

? BS in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or other analytical major preferred.
? 5-8 Years of relevant work experience
? Some exposure to PLs, Cash Flows, NPVs.
? Experience in Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Procurement, Transportation, Logistics) a plus
? Experience in Planning, Budgeting and Cost Control methods.
? Strong computer skills (MS Office)
