MAIN TASKS NEED TO BE & SKILLS

？ Responsible for skincare training material adaptation and translation. Prepare and present new skincare product training program incorporating the principles of advanced adult learning techniques i.e. make it fun, inspirational and results oriented.

？ Follow up training result and implement tailor-made training/coaching programs to address specific areas of concern.

？ Support skincare PR event / beauty workshop / promotional activities.

？ Create skincare banner and translate courses/activities to be published on Be Guerlain.

？ Periodically update basic skincare training material.

？ Support new bc basic / selling skills (Dare to Bee) / Sephora new product training.

？ Assist skincare training manager to develop and execute all kind of skincare training projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Good training presentation  & coaching skills                                                          

- Related experience above 2 years

- Fluent in English will be a plus

- Good Computer Skill

- A feel for luxury&  refinement; sense of detail and service
