岗位职责：

1. 负责国际学校市场调研与分析工作，确定国际学校的定位及市场营销策略；

2. 负责国际学校品牌策划、品牌宣传和招生推广活动；

3. 负责制定年度市场招生预算、市场招生推广计划并进行监督与实施、制定招生方案及执行计划，落实招生指标；

4. 拓展与维护国际学校宣传推广的渠道，与媒体、相关政府部门建立长期、良好的合作关系；

5. 负责市场招生部的日常管理，建立及完善工作流程及制度规范，负责组织和监管市场招生部的各种对外合作关系。

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、或教育专业背景，有10年以上市场营销工作经验，其中3年以上国际学校市场及招生管理经验；

2. 具有敏锐的市场洞察力和突出的市场拓展能力，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力和业务推进能力；

3. 具有强执行力、团队协作、人际沟通协调能力以及抗压能力；

4. 英语可以作为工作语言。
