岗位职责：

1、根据公司年度销售目标，制定并实施年、季度海外销售计划与目标。

2、掌握市场动态，把握市场需求，带领团队进行国际业务新客户拓展，获取订单。

3、运用B2B，展会平台、谷歌等工具积极推广公司和产品，开拓海外市场；

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，国际贸易或营销专业优先，英语六级以上；

2、有3年以上外贸业务管理经验，熟知外贸出口操作流程，有组织过海外参展工作经历；

3、工作经验丰富，形象良好，善于管理业务团队；

4、具备较强的客户开发能力，具有出色的谈判能力和说服力；

5、团队合作精神强，亲和力强，责任心强，可承受一定的工作压力；

6、有玩具、电子烟外贸销售经验优先。
