岗位职责：

1、根据每个月校区的要求，完成个人及部门业绩指标；

According to the requirements of the school target income each month, complete the individual and department performance targets

2、根据每个月校区的要求，保质保量完成邀约指标量（电话邀约，面谈）

Complete the quota of invitation (telephone invitation, interview) according to the requirements of the school every month with both quality and quantity guaranteed.

3、根据每个月校区的要求，通过公司提供的渠道，邀约学员上门咨询；

According to the requirements of the school every month, invite students to visit for consultation through the channels provided by the company

4、在线及电话回访解答客户的问题及意向客户的跟踪；

Answer customers' questions and follow up with potential customers via online and phone calls

5、上级交代的其他工作及相关行政工作。

任职要求：

1、教育背景：本科以及以上学历，教育学、市场营销学、心理学、教育学优先；Education background: bachelor degree or above, education, marketing, psychology, education preferred;

2、工作经验：至少2年以上的教育培训行业机构招生经验优先，有丰富的当地渠道资源等优先考虑；Work experience: at least 2 years of experience in education and training industry is preferred. Rich local channel resources are preferred

3、素质能力：良好的中英文口语能力、口头表达能力、工作条理性强、应变能力、沟通能力、协调沟通控制能力强、良好的学习能力和对行业有相当的能力；Quality and ability: good oral English and Chinese ability, oral expression ability, good organization, strain capacity, communication ability, strong coordination and communication control ability, good learning ability and industry-related ability;

4、卓越的销售业绩，有大客户，超过10万元以上每单客户谈单。
