GCO Central Finance Manager
The role:
As part of the GCO (Global Commercial Organization - incl. AMR, Asia Pacific and EMEA) Central Analytics team, this position is a key role to support GCO on central planning, modeling, reporting, and data analytics and insights. This role will bridge between Corporate FP&A and Regions (North America, LAT America, Europe, Emerging, Greater China and Asia Pac Mature) on various finance operation cycles. With GCO HQ team newly setup, we expect this individual to be someone who welcome change, able to work cross culture and cross functions, up for challenge as well as grounded with strong technical backgrounds. This role reports to GCO Central Finance Head and locates in Shanghai.
Your primary business interactions are Corporate FP&A, Region Finance, Controllership, Sales Operation team, Hyperion and OneStream support.

Buildup GCO HQ in Quarter review process to ensure smooth and predictable financial landing and to facilitate GCO business review and corporate deliverables.
Develops standard finance reporting, business case modeling and analytical template to facilitate business decision making.
Bridge between corporate FP&A, region finance, and controllership on deliverables and queries.
Gain in-depth knowledge on revenue reserve and breakage accrual as key revenue deduction items.
Drive for finance operation excellence and simplification of existing process/reporting cycles. Lead financial transformation projects and assignments.
OneStream planning tool submission.
Skills and requirement
Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field from an accredited institution
FP&A experience of 5-7 years, in international environment in FMCG, Consumer Electronics or PC industry
Time zone accommodation maybe needed occasionally (EMEA/AMR)
Expert XL user, familiar with Hyperion SmartView, Tableau a plus
Capable to prioritize and bring structure while enabling pace and controls
Used to working in matrix / functional structure and multicultural environment
At ease in communication with management. Fluent in English.
