Responsibility

•  Supporting the binding and archiving of vouchers and accounting books;
•  Supporting the preparation of legal documentations for certain business activities, with instruction and supervision;
•  Assisting the cashier and accountant to setup supplier information/payment template in online payment system;
•  Based on capacity and capability, assist the accounting clerk with the expense report prepayment review;
•  Review financial assessment report, and help to set up database;
•  Ad hoc office assignment, e.g. mailing and expressing documents, submitting documentations to government agencies or banks, making photocopies and affixing company stamps, logistics coordination, etc.

Requirements

•  3rd or 4th year college student, preferably post graduate with Accounting/Finance experience or knowledge;
•  Advanced in written English and basic in verbal English;
•  Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint);
•  Extremely detail oriented and self-disciplined;
•  Good communication skill

Internship Period

•  Preliminarily 3-month period;
•  Could extend based on performance and demand;
•  3 working days per week.
