Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for sourcing and procurement on EE/EM parts, meets the requirements of manufacturing and R&D with good quality and quantities.

负责相应品类（EE/EM）的资源开发和采购过程，满足公司产品研发和生产的需求，达到质量和产量的要求；

2. Identify and engage with engineering and quality departments to understand commodity requirements, build and execute sourcing project plans

与工程及质量等部门保持沟通，明确实际采购需求，制定并实施采购计划；

3. Be responsible for negotiation, pricing, coordination and execute contracts, effectively reduce the costs

负责采购过程中谈判、定价、协调等过程并督促交付，有效降低采购成本；

4. Keep eyes on supply chain market and keep abreast of the latest development of related resources, provide reports for sourcing analysis

关注供应链市场，了解相关资源最新动态，提供采购分析报告；

5. Develop supplier strategy, help to develop innovative solutions, approaches, methodologies that address present and future supply chain requirements

协助完善采购策略并帮助公司建立更先进的采购解决方案以满足不断变化的需求；

6. Finish other related jobs.

完成资源开发和采购过程其它相关工作。

Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education major in electronics engineering or business management

本科以上学历，电子工程或商业管理相关专业毕业为佳；

2. At least 8 years of experience in Sourcing/Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline preferred，with engineering background will be better

8年以上电子产品（非销售）供应链管理相关工作经验, 工程背景更佳；

3. English as working language, strong negotiations and communication skills

以英语作为工作语言，具备优秀的沟通及谈判能力；

4. Be good at analysis and coordination, managed projects independently

有独立负责项目的经验，善于分析和协调；

5. High integrity, reliability and honesty

诚实正直，具备优秀的职业素养。
