职位描述
岗位职责：
根据事业部经营目标，制定发展规划及市场拓展计划，分解战略目标，下发阶段性任务，组织并监督各项工作的开展，并带领团队完成核心经营指标；
负责事业部市场拓展、设计、工程、成本、综合管理等部门负责人以及新项目的业务指导及绩效考核工作；
负责主导事业部项目拓展工作，定期物色项目提报集团审核；
负责各项目总控计划节点的制定，审核施工总体进度计划和分项工程进度计划，对各项目各种开发计划的考核、评估工作；
负责各项目工程质量管理、安全、进度、样板管理体系的建立；
负责对各项目重大技术方案进行审核，对各项目的质量、进度和安全文明施工进行检查、监督和考核；
统筹管理各个项目开发过程中所涉事项的协调，针对项目管理的相关问题提出解决方案及建议并组织实施；
负责协调项目公司和政府相关各职能部门关系，使其处于良好状态，并组织及出席重要政府接待工作。
任职要求：
教育背景
全日制本科及以上学历，房地产相关专业。
工作经验
12-15年以上地产相关行业工作经验，至少3年以上同等职位工作经验，有商业地产工程管理经验或地产项目公司总经理工作经验者优先。
工作能力
3.1 熟悉地产行业运作模式和运营管理流程、精通工程建设专业知识、设计及施工技术标准、技术规范，熟悉工程建设材料及设备，工程项目开发成本全过程控制；
3.2 具备战略管理、市场拓展、人力资源管理等房地产项目管理知识及经验；
3.3 具有良好的沟通协调及优秀的问题解决和决策能力。
