职位描述
岗位职责：
根据公司薪酬管理制度，及时核算员工薪酬数据并提交财务部，保证薪酬发放的及时性、准确性；
负责集团考勤管理，员工考勤监督审核、考勤表制作等；
负责社保、公积金、商保等公司福利的汇缴及相关事务办理；
对绩效考核进行指导、监督，并对考核结果进行分析、整理；
负责试用期、转正期薪资、调薪等信息的收集、整理、汇总等工作；
负责员工入职、转正、离职、劳动合同签订等手续办理及员工职业生涯管理。
任职要求：
本科以上学历，2 年以上薪酬绩效相关经验；
熟悉国家及广州市劳动法/人力资源相关政策法规；
对数字敏感，有较强的数据分析及总结能力；
熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，熟练掌握EXCEL各类函数和运算公式；
具备保密意识，责任心强，有良好的沟通表达及协调能力。
