2. Test system, test spec and relative documents readiness for NPI.

3. Test monitoring system maintenance and optimization.

4. Lesson learned of customer complain event.

5. New tester and new test system RTL.

6. Solution for critical rework and special test requirement.

-Good command of English, speaking Japanese is preferred

- Strong statistics knowledge, a knowledge of SAS is preferred

- Strong skills in process troubleshooting and data analysis and resentation

- Strong coordinating skills, having project management experience is preferred

- Able to work under pressure

- Good inter-personal skills
