包装研发技术支持主管/Packaging R&D Support Supervisor-软包装行业优先

工作职责：

1. 负责公司技术支持团队的组建、技术支持部管理和人员协调安排工作，制定服务规范；

2. 软包装对外技术服务，包括样品跟进、试机、技术交流等，食品包装产品订单、报价技术评审等；

3. 参与、协助处理生产过程、半成品、成品质量异常情况；

4. 提供内部技术支持、培训，及客户培训工作；

5. 收集客户需求，处理客户协调工作；进行售前技术分析支持工作；

6. 撰写产品文档及数据分析报告。

职位要求：

1. 全日制大专学历以上、印刷及相关专业毕业；熟悉软包装印刷生产工艺技术管理经验的优先；

2. 3年以上大型印刷、包装公司工艺、技术支持或制程经验；

3. 逻辑分析能力强，条理性强，有一定的讲解能力；较强的独立分析问题和解决问题的能力；

4. 强烈的责任感和很好的团队合作精神，具备很强的自学能力，能够承受工作压力；

5. 良好的英文读写能力
