集团成本高级经理Costing Sr Manager—大型外企经验优先　　

Job Responsibility:

1. Implement and development costing process, ensure accuracy and on time delivery of costing information;
2. Optimize of costing structure in ERP system;
3. Supervise inventory, materials cost, exercise internal cost control;
4. Be responsible on the costing analysis, costing report to head office and related BU, communicate with inter-company on the costing issue;
5. Take lead on physical inventory, cycle count, inventory management from financial perspective;
6. To manage daily, monthly, quarterly and year-end cost accounting and control routines, including but not limited to periodic inventory counts;
7. Review and authorize inventory movement requests;
8. Supervise, train and develop accounting staff;
9. To ensure prompt and accurate reconciliation of inventory and fixed assets accounts;
10. Identify existing financial related internal control weakness and associated risk, document accounting process and implement accounting policies and procedures relative to the finance/accounting functions;
11. Any other assignment given by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably major in Industrial Accounting / Finance;
2. 7-10 years experience in Finance/Costing Management position (at least 3 years in a costing position);
3. High Quality English Language skills verbal, written and general communication;
4. Excellent analytical mind and software skills in Excel, SAP (or other similar ERPs);
5. Ability to operate independently;
6. Pro-active approach to taking on new activities and process innovation;
7. Strong team player with a positive attitude;
8. High level of initiative, commitment to excellence, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
