Key Responsibilities:

1. As a Global Costing Controller responsible for all all costing and financial reports including costing analysis at plant level for senior management. (Standard costs vs. Quotation costs vs. Actual costs)
2. Establish the company’s standard cost policy. Maintain standard cost for each component. Roll up manufacturing cost by BOM.
3. Supervise annual inventory physical count.
4. Provide costing analysis report to top management for any visible cost variance. Give comment to production department in order to avoid waste.
5. Strong controlled on inventory sub-ledger, and ensures it complies with GL ledger.
6. Arrange cycle count each month and analyze the variance.
7. Control inventory at reasonable level and give alarm to top management on high inventory risk.
8. Review the full report package which needs to be submit to head office. Ensure accurate and timely report to be sent.
9. Coordinate with internal and external auditor. Ensure annual audit report is true and fair to reflect company’s reality.
10. Coordinate with IT team on ERP optimization.
11. Analyze key performance indicator.

Key Requirement:

1. Minimum 5+ years accounting experience in manufacturing/product costing environment
2. Degree qualified in accounting/Finance stream and ideally CA/CPA/CIMA qualified
3. Large ERP exposure essential – Oracle or SAP system
4. Intermediate – Advanced Excel skills
5. Engagement with senior Finance & key operational stakeholders
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Able to station or travel to APAC other country for work
