税务筹划经理

工作职责：

1. 根据国家及各地区相关法律法规和公司经营管理要求，建立，完善公司的税务管理体系，进行税务筹划，为业务发展提供决策支持。

2. 针对国家和海外最新的税务政策，分析对公司产生的影响，制定合理合法的应对措施。

3. 组织税务分析，筹划公司的各项税款，研究合理合法的纳税方式，在合规的情况下降低公司税费负担。

4. 负责重大税务稽查和税务争议事项的应对，以及所得税年审；

5. 负责税务对外关系的维护；

6. 从税务角度，支持，指导和监督公司的会计核算工作，对日常经营管理中的重大经济业务发表税务意见，评估并防范税收风险。

任职要求：

1. 本科学历以上，注册会计师或注册税务师优先；

2. 具有至少5年以上财务及税务方面的工作经验，有会计师事务所税务筹划经验优先；

3. 具领导力、协调，积极主动，良好的谈判技巧及富有进取精神；

4. 性格开朗，亲和力佳；

5. 具备熟练的英文阅读水平，

6. 熟练掌握SAP操作及各项电脑应用水平。
