R Training Supervisor/高级人力资源培训主管（有制造业经验优先考虑，主导学习与发展模块 L&D Supervisor）

Essential Duties/基本职责

1. Conduct training needs analysis, training plan, implementation and evaluation for primary staffs;
2. Organize and follow up orientatrion and induction training program and on-job training;
3. Orgnaize and follow up human resources projects (e.g. Performance management, job grading, communication, employee engagement process,workshop);
4. Manage the internal trainer pool and internal learning material pool;
5. Improve people development system;
6. Develop and deliver training courses for primary staffs;
7. Manage and maintain training records and data.

Experience Requirements/经验要求

1. Minimum 3 years work experience in manufacturing/business environment with 2 years in training position;
2. Be proactive, customer focus and demand top performance;
3. Systematic and creative thinking, analyzing skills;
4. Good training methodology, training and facilitation skills;
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
6. Good computer skills, good command of Mandarin and English.
