职位描述 (Job Description)：

1. 制作公司向客户展示的示意图，包含影片与图片的3D建模渲染出图。专注于细节，有扎实的美术底子和设计能力，在排版、造型、配色、交互等有丰富的经验。

Design the demo for company to present to clients, including video’s 3D model rendering and 2D graphic. Good eye of details, solid art foundation and design skill, familiar in layout, 3D-modeling, color plan, interaction design and etc.

2. 有极强的视觉创新能力，可一同参与定义全新的各类商用AR显示产品视觉效果，包含汽车，列车，飞行器，家居，基础建设等。

Has a strong visual innovation ability can participate in the definition of new types of commercial AR display products visual effects, including cars, railway, plan, housing, infrastructure, etc..

3. 熟悉车载体验环境和驾驶行为模式，结合可视化表达能力，探索未来AR/MR智能驾驶舱的前瞻性设计。

Familiar with the on-vehicle experience environment and driving behavior mode, combined with the visual expression ability, explore the prospective design of the future AR / MR intelligent cockpit.

4. 具产品思维和交互逻辑推导能力，帮助产品从可视化角度进行体验升级与革新。

Thinking the product interactive logic to help upgrading and innovation from a visual mode.

5. 负责公司产品Demo的视频剪辑特效和效果图处理，根据客户以及市场部门对产品的需求信息，处理Demo视觉效果动画/视频的图形需求，将设计图形整合到视觉效果作品中。

Responsible for the processing of video clips with special effects of the company's product demo. Base on the customer and market department's product needs, could work on graphic requirements of demo visual effects animation / video, and integrating the design graphics into the visual effects works.

6. 对Demo素材视频进行剪辑、整合、包装，以及渲染输出，并配合R&D进行产品Demo技术方案的视觉效果定义与沟通。

Editing, integrating and rendering the animation video, can cooperate with R & D to define and communicate with the visual effect of the product demo technical solution.

7. 会网页后台维护与更新佳。

Maintain and update the website.

8. 英文程度好加分。

Good English skill is a plus.

任职要求 (Job Requirement)：

1. 美术或设计相关科系毕业（动画专业，影视编辑专业，广告专业）3年以上视觉动画设计工作经验，有自己的设计风格并有成熟的设计作品。

Graduated in arts or design related subjects (animation, film and television editing, advertising) with more than 3 years of experience in visual animation design, has own design style and experienced design works.

2. 有AR增强现实视觉设计或者参与过AR HUD产品设计经验者优先。

Those who have experience in AR augmented reality visual design or have participated in AR-HUD product imaging design are preferred.

3. 有出色的3D视频特效制作能力。

Has excellent 3D video special effect production ability.

4. 熟练运用设计软件（AE、Audition、Premier/Vegas 、PS、AI）；对配色、构图、审美、影像感等有较强的领悟及把控能力，根据创意、脚本或文案，独立完成相关项目的特效及合成制作工作。

Proficiency in design software (AE, Audition, Premier / Vegas, PS, AI); strong understanding and control of color matching, composition, aesthetics, filming, etc., can accurately understand production requirements. According to Creativity, script can independently complete the special effects and composite production of related projects.

5. 要求能独立剪辑、包装、制作合成的作品。

Requires the ability to independently editing, forming, and synthesize works.

6. 具备良好的团队协作及沟通能力；能与国际团队英文沟通尤佳。

Good teamwork and communication skills; Good English skill can work with overseas teams.

7. 请上传中英简历及近期设计作品。

Please upload recent design works with English and Chinese resumes.
