该岗位研究方向属于丙烯酸压敏材料领域。

1、在研发负责人的带领下，负责新产品的研发工作；

2、 产品开发的实验方案设计、原料的筛选，产品性能的评估；

3、参与新产品的打样、小试、中试等研发任务；

4、 处理和分析实验数据，及时撰写产品开发过程中相关研发资料；

5、 完善产品的销售及技术支持资料。

我们对您的一些要求：

1、三年以上同岗位工作经验，精细化工、高分子材料、材料化学、化学工程与工艺等相关专业硕士以上学历；

2、具有优秀的文件撰写能力，能够完成立项报告、测试报告及结题报告等相关文件的编写；

3、具备独立思考能力和创新能力，思维开阔；

4、有丙烯酸压敏胶合成经验。

2006年——公司成立了以顾博士为导师的研发团队Our R&D team was founded centered on Dr Gu.
2008年——光学胶项目取得优异成果并于同年底与美国触控企业达成五年的专供协议We achieved big progress on optical adhesive project and signed a 5-year exclusive agreement with an American touch panel manufacturer at the end of the same year .
2013年——高仁成功研发出新一代SCA光学胶。填补了OCA和LOCA光学胶的欠缺，成为TP/LCM、裸眼3D贴合方案首选We successfully developed a generation of SCA optical adhesive, which is a big supplement for the market of OCA and LOCA. And SCA optical adhesive became the first choice of TP/LCM and naked eye 3D lamination solution .
2014年——公司通过ISO2008:9001质量体系认证，并成为中国触摸屏行业协会单位Gaoren passed certificate of ISO2008:9001 and became a member of China touch panel association.
2015年——SCA光学胶取得发明专利证书，国内企业与高仁合作突破80家，上市公司2家Gaoren got paten for SCA optical adhesive and working with more than 80 touch panel enterprises , 2 listed enterprises included .
2016年——公司引进第二条全自动涂布装备，年产能向250万平方米迈进The second automatic coating equipment was installed. So far , annual output reaches 2.5million ㎡
2017年——与我司合作企业超过160家，上市公司5家，荣获深圳科创委的创业资助We are cooperating with more than 160 TP enterprises and 5 listed company. What's more , Shenzhen technology and innovation committee spoke highly of Gaoren and offered us start-up funding .
2018年——公司再引进第三条全自动涂布装备，扩大经营规模，从办公、生产、研发实验等设备硬件全面升级，进一步提高公司整体运营能力Third automatic coating equipment was adopted . Gaoren get expanded and upgraded in all aspects .
