Key Accountabilities:

1. To execute valuation assignments, project feasibility studies and any other assignments directed by the Senior Management;

2. Undertake market studies, data analysis, site inspections, preparing of valuations and report writing;

3. Work for a wide range of clients, including private and public companies as well as individuals for a wide variety of purposes, and to take responsibility for the accuracy and quality of such assignments;

4. Work with other team members for the successful execution of valuation assignments;

5. Assist to drive growth and development of the valuation business in China;

6. To assist the Managers with the setting up and updating of filling and database systems of the Department;

7. Domestic travel will be expected on assignments within China.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. At least three years experience in real estate/valuation and related business or in consultancy;

2. A Bachelor from a recognized university, preferably in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines; A higher degree in relevant subject will be highly preferable; Foreign background is preferred by not necessary;

3. RICS or related professional qualification is an advantage;

4. Extensive knowledge on China’s real estate market;

5. Logical thinking with sound analytical skills particularly on a project focus;

6. Adapt frequent travel;

7. Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills;

8. Fluent spoken and good written English and Mandarin, with sound writing skills in both languages;

9. A team player with good presentation skills;

10. Able to work efficiently to deadlines, self-motivated, able to work independently;

11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint；

12. Conversant in using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
