Job  Duties：

1. Formulate the company's financial objectives,  policies, and operational procedures. According to the  company's development strategy, organize financial planning and participate in  the company's major financial issues.

  2.  Organize cost accounting for each function/department, propose cost control  indicators and standards.

  3. Formulate the company's capital operation plan, supervise fund management, budget  and final accounts; raise funds, rationally and comprehensively arrange the use  of funds to ensure the capital needs of the company's strategic development;  Cost calculation for the financing methods required for the company's  investment activities and provide the most economic financing.

  4. Financial  analysis decision: solvency analysis, operational capability analysis,  profitability analysis, company payment ability analysis, enterprise  sustainable development capability analysis, analysis of the operation of the  internal control system of the enterprise.

  5. Supervise  the organization’s Accounting, Purchasing, HR & Administration functions.  Direct and advice operations in the mentioned areas based on company’s  financial and business performance.

Qualification：

Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration major required. MBA, or Master’s Degree in Finance preferred Ideal candidate must be proficiency in spoken and written English, bilingual (English and Chinese) highly desired.

More than 8 years of experience in financial management of large and medium-sized multi-national companies with overseas business (import/export), rich experience in financial management, investment management, and fundraising management,

Should have deep understanding of capital operation, tax planning, cost control, etc., and have strong capital operation capability and financial risk prevention capability.

Experience in the garment manufacturing field highly desired; Direct working experience with multi-national entity required.

Ideal candidate must be responsible, hands-on, self-motivator, result-oriented. Superb people management skills and communication skills required.

The Business Controller will provide reports/proposals, business modification suggestions and solution based on financial facts and actual business performance. The Business Controller will oversee the following functions/departments: Accounting, Purchasing, Human Resources & Administration, reports to the President directly, he/she will work closely with all functions and departments within the organization worldwide. The Business Controller will be responsible for the whole process: from analysis and setting targets to follow-up and profitability.
