The Purchasing Manager will oversee the company’s procurement activities. He/she will be developing purchasing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, coordinating with internal teams regarding their supply needs, and overseeing the purchasing team in their daily activities. The ideal candidate must have direct experience in the garment business/garment factory and must be very familiar with fabrics, accessories/trimmings. To be successful as a Purchasing Manager you should be able to manage and optimize purchasing activities and processes. An outstanding Purchasing Manager should have excellent leadership abilities and be able to negotiate the best possible deals with suppliers. 

• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies. Working to develop and improve purchasing systems and processes/work flow. Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system. 制定和完善采购系统和采购部所有小组的工作流程（品质组、单证组、采购各组） 培训新员工，定期温故知新老员工。

        

• Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.

• Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.与公司其它部门及生产基地孟加拉工厂的配合与协调Coordinate with /communicate with other departments and our factory in Bangladesh.
• Ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.

            

• Purchase overall planning; Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets. 采购规划进度统筹,安排年度采购预算（一年一次，每年底提供给财务部）Prepare purchase amount budget (once a year, pass the data to account department for reference at the end of year)
• 完成上级交代的其他事宜。 Perform other tasks as required by the supervisor. 
  
  岗位要求REQUIREMENTS
  Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills. Strong planning and organizational skills. A college’s Degree in Procurement and Logistics, Business Administration, International Business or a related field required. Minimum of 5 years-experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar position in a garment factory. Must have supervisory and management experience. Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management. Deep knowledge of fabrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and/or a purchasing software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to read and write English at work.
