This position will be located in our newly established office in Shenzhen. Our company in China has offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Ningbo. This position will be in direct communication with our electronic engineer based in Portugal. We are seeking for someone that will help us to source the right supplier and ensure to always get the quality/specification that we signed for.

主要职责

- Communicate with oversea’s buyer in Portugal and understand the product requirements to search

跟国外的客户沟通，了解产品的要求

- Search for reliable factories, not only at the office but also in the field

寻找可靠的工厂，需要实地考察

- Factories audit.

工厂审核

- Compare and select/recommend the best supplier

比较并选择/推荐***供应商

- Negotiation (prices, production times, payments…)

谈判（价格，生产时间，付款......）

- Preparing purchasing contracts and release PO to suppliers

准备采购合同并向供应商发放采购订单

- Ensure PO follow up and delivery on time.

确保订单的跟踪和准时交货。

- Check the electronic product’s samples carefully and confirm that the specifications are correct / right equipment and performances.

仔细检查电子产品的样品，确认规格是正确的，以及正确的设备和性能。

- With the inspector (also based in Shenzhen) ensure the production quality control and resolve technical issues with suppliers

与检验员(也在深圳)一起确保生产质量控制，并与供应商解决技术问题
