Primary Duties and Responsibilities
? Track Shipments by Interfacing with OP/Ocean Lines.
? Prepare Documents For Ocean Shipping.
? Apply for Billing.
? Release HBL,FCR to shipper when all requirement have been met under CS instruction.
? Send pre-alert to overseas office within the agreed timeline.
? System updating (incl. required milestone) to ensure excellent data quality
? Scan and upload required docs into DocVision or OneView
? File all jobs once checked and approved

Qualifications

Education and Experience

? College or above
? 1 year experience at same position is preferable


Certifications and Licenses (Optional but advantageous)



Languages and Communication Skills
? CET-4
? Good English in writing.

Computer Skills

? Good PC skill
