工作职责：

1、负责电子烟结构设计包括确定技术方案和规格书，前期技术可行性分析和评估如ID、CMF，堆叠和模具等。

2、参入ID设计和评审， 主要CMF可行性， 产品堆叠设计以及可开模和可生产性， 确保ID设计能按时锁定。

3、主导结构的具体设计及节点评审， 确保3D图和2D工程图符合设计要求及通过公差分析（结合模具精度和机加工设备误差等）并按时输出。

4、参入模具开模评审及跟进模具试模，改进以及相关的表面处理直到符合设计要求到量产。

5、负责研发和生产中结构设计问题包括设计打样，样品组装测试， 设计优化，物料承认，工艺改进和优化等， 协同供应商、采购、品质人员等相关部门人员来快速定位并方案快速解决。

6、制定结构设计标准，流程及物料通用性设计来规范整体设计，降低设计复杂性和费用。

7、技术文件归档， 跨部门技术支持。 关注新产品，新技术，新工艺等。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，机械设计、机电一体化等相关专业， 4年以上消费类产品结构设计与开发工作经验， 有电子烟设计者优先；

2、熟悉各种五金机加工、塑胶注塑模、五金压铸模、冲压模成型工艺, 掌握五金/塑胶材料的特性及各种表面处理工艺；

3、熟悉产品结构开发流程，熟练运用Pro/E、SolidWork, CAD等设计软件并能独立完成结构开发；

4、了解项目管理， 有良好的逻辑沟通能力和团队合作以及创新精神，具备独当一面的能力，能带领研发团队有效的开展工作。
